It provides all the functionality of standard a standard USB cable but in a very long distance, all in a ready-to-use package. Get full USB 2.0 speed (480Mbps) at up to 330ft away from your computer.
Remote Power Sometimes it's not practical to have another "wall wart" power adapter near your device. This particular kit has a special feature that powers both units from a single power adapter that sits near the computer. This unique design allows you to extend USB 2.0 to very long distances (up to 330ft) with full speed, and without any loss of power to two (2) USB 2.0 ports. Which means you could have two cameras, printers, touch screens, audio devices, etc; Any two device that can each use up to the full power required by USB.
